The IAF Medical Submachine Gun is a compromise between fire power and healing function. Developed by Interstellar Armed Forces as a combination of the ST60 Submachine Gun and the IAF Medical Gun. Offering both high rate of fire and a healing capability with the IAF regenerative attachment. Designed to treat wounded personnel on the go.
